The European Space Agency funded SUPaCOOL project unites research institutions across Europe with complementary expertise in ocean color remote sensing, hyperspectral algorithm development, coastal ecosystem dynamics, and carbon biogeochemistry. Our multidisciplinary team combines decades of experience in satellite observations with cutting-edge field research capabilities to advance coastal carbon monitoring.
